It's not the same picture, but it is the same window. The shop is called Get Stuffed, next door to a habberdasher's called Sew Fantastic on the Essex Rd above Angel Islington. The Polar Bear appeared a couple of months ago, but was particularly amazing as I walked home from the cinema last night.
