Bloody nice drawings again :) Yes the xaphoon is great, tho the tuning is very susceptible to lip position! It came quick as lightning actually - they said it could be 5 weeks or more.. but I didn't order the "signiature series" one. Fanks for linkage :)
I've found that I like the fact that you can bend notes all over the place on my Chalameau, I even put a thinner reed on it to encourage this. But it overblows at the 10th, or the 12th (I forget which) which means you've several whole tones missing if you want to play more than one octave...
