The sound of my 30th birthday Present.mp3
But should I put it away until that date? Or let it keep making that sound. It so wants to...
I think I'll go and listen to this sound at the vortex in a couple of hours.
{Edit: Oh my ridiculous week has caught up with me at last and I'm too tired to go. Here's a picture:

What a beautiful sound your 30th birthday present makes :o)
Ha, thanks. I definitely have too many instruments by now, but I know who is getting saved in case of fire...
Lovely sketches on your blog. And I had an exhibition in that gallery once. And.. and... I just moved my studio around too, but I haven't anything like that commendable amount of fairy lights. There is a banjo on nearly every wall though....
In fact, maybe we even met at that exhibition, I apologise for not being sure...
haha, I think you should get some fairylights for your studio, would illuminate the banjo's quite well I should think.
When did you have an exhibition that gallery? I'm not sure if I've met you or not.. did you go to our private view a few weeks ago?
I do have some, but they're in a silly place not near a socket, so perhaps I should move them...
The exhibition was a couple of years ago I guess, oh and also there was a Macmillan prize exhibition too, but I forget if it was last year or the year before, I think the year before. I met your friend Lauren Beard though, because you don't forget a name like hers.
haha! Great! Lauren was telling me all about the Macmillan prize exhibition. The Coningsby gallery is great little place isn't it!
I don't think we have met before actually, but maybe in passing in Falmouth? I graduated in 2005...
Joel. I have no sound on my computer - please tell me what your present is.
Oh, click the word "it" there on the post...
Ooh - very lovely.
Can you email me info about New Years? I would really like to come and see you all and play some tunes but I'm not sure that I will... here is it exactly?
