Sick of computers, I've been testing different papers and paint (with varying qualities of doodle). Top two use Arche HP, the rest use Fabriano Rosapina. The Rosapina is beautiful but very unpredictable, the Arche HP is super reliable, but makes me finickety over details because you can do so much with it. I'm so indecisive I can't even decide which side of the papers I like the best.
Otherwise. Aaaaaaaaaagh! Tv show work is awfully involved, awfully always.

These make me wish for a new book from you...
Part of me is definitely itching to get back to books. It won't be for some time though. There will hopefully be very interesting books to go with the show (and to exist in their own right) that I will be fully involved in. Wherever I get that time from...

The papers really make a difference don't they, I've never seen a direct comparison like that. I prefer the Fabriano Rosapina, I think it works really naturally with your style.
